Each tour is tailored made for our clients and we strive to introduce our guests to the hidden treasures not likely found in any guidebook.  For example, the accommodations we select were chosen for their individual charm and hospitality and of course location all to ensure a memorable experience.  As for savoring the local cuisine, restaurants included on tour are our personal favorites, which were introduced to us initially through our friends.

We organize customized tours for small groups (maximum 15 people) interested in immersing themselves in the sensuous riches of Spain, getting off the beaten path, and feeling like a Spaniard for a while.

Tours are designed to highlight the region’s food, wine, history, music and art during its most favorable time of year. You'll experience epicurean delights and follow these treasures to their source. Whether we are in Ribera del Duero biking through vineyards and lunching with winemakers, or hiking in La Garrotxa in the Pyrenees savoring artisan cheese with cheese makers, or in Cadiz nibbling Pata Negra while sipping Manzanilla and listening to Flamenco, or learning about the art and architecture of Antonio Gaudí’s Barcelona, it will be an experience you'll remember always.

“Cataluña Experience”

Have you ever dreamed of getting a behind-the-scenes taste of the things you’re most passionate about—fine wine, artisan cheese, and delicious local specialties?

Join us on a gastronomic sojourn into one of the world's hottest regions for food an wine - Cataluña. You'll learn about the culinary riches of the region - its cheese, cured meats, and wines. The tour starts and ends in Barcelona.

You'll also become acquainted with its architecture, history, and art. This includes works of local geniuses Miró, Gaudi and Dali as well as long time resident Picasso.

“Castilla Experience”

Ever wondered where the language Castellano came from or how Madrileños get their energy? This nine-day tour is designed to introduce you to the wonderful food, wine, art and history of the Castilian part of Spain.

This tour includes olive oil and wine tastings, as well as cooking classes so that you can continue to savor your experience when you return home.

We’ll also tour Santo Domingo de Silos to hear chants of Gregorian Monks, San Millan de Cogolla, the birthplace of “Castellano,” and the Guggenheim museum in Bilbao to complete our journey.


“Andalucía Experience”

For ten days, Andalucía will be our host with southern hospitality, Spanish style. The tour starts and ends in Málaga, taking you to Granada, Córdoba, Sevilla, Jerez, and Cádiz with detours along the way to special places not to be missed, including some of the region’s best local festivals. We’ll introduce you to the local grape varietals such as Pedro Ximenez and Palomino while learning about olive oil and the Moorish influence in the architecture of Andalucía.

You'll be introduced to some of the best places to experience Flamenco and maybe learn a few steps. We end our journey of Andalucía with cocktails upon a sunset sail cruise.

Tours are customized to meet our guests’ needs and budget. All tours are personally lead by one of our bilingual local experts. Each tour requires a minimum of 10 people and a maximum of 15.
