Terms & Conditions

We accept bookings subject to the following conditions:

To reserve a trip: We require a non-refundable $300 down payment per person to initiate the design of your tour.   60 days prior to the start date of tour, the remaining balance is due.

In the event the start date of the tour is less than 60 days away, we require full payment in advance.

Prices quoted are per person, based on double occupancy.  Single supplements apply. No unused portion of the tour can be refunded.

We reserve the right to change the itinerary depending on availability of suppliers at time of booking. In the event of a change, a supplier of equal or greater value and quality will be chosen.

Our Cancellation Policy:

+30 days prior to start date, 50% of payment is refunded not including the non-refundable deposit. 

-30 days prior to start date, no refunds.

In addition to travel insurance, we suggest to all of our guests to purchase Cancellation insurance to prevent any unfortunate financial loss in the event you should have to cancel your vacation plans.

All travelers must have health insurance.  Please review your policy for overseas temporary coverage.

Please understand, that in order to best serve our clients, we negotiate in advance with our service providers to secure the best locations and rates.  In the event a guest cannot participate on the tour and has to cancel it affects everyone.  Therefore, we stricktly adhere to our cancellation policy.

Travel Documents:

Please consult the Spanish Embassy for visa requirements.  We are not responsible for arranging visas or travel permits.  You can visit our web site for contact information for the Spanish Embassy and Consulate.


Legal Release and Assumption of Risk

You are aware that, during the trip which you are choosing to participate in, you are subjecting yourself to certain risks including, but not limited to: forces of nature, travel in remote areas and wilderness terrain, and transportation by air, train, automobile, minibus, or other conveyance.  You are aware that medical services and facilities may not be readily available throughout the duration of the trip.  You recognise that such risks may be present at any time during the trip.

You are further aware that we act only as agent for the owners, contractors and suppliers, providing means of transportation and/or all other related travel services and assume no responsibility howsoever caused for injury, los, or damage to person or property in connection with any service resulting directly or indirectly from : nature acts, detention, annoyance, delays and expenses arising from quarantine, strike, theft, failure of any means of conveyance to arrive or depart as scheduled, civil disturbance, government restriction or regulation, discrepancies or change of transit or hotel services, over which we have no control   You understand that if any trip has to be delayed because of weather, road conditions, flight delays, cancellation of common carriers, sickness or other contingencies for which we cannot reasonably make provision, the cost of your delay and/or replacement is not included in the trip fees.  All payments must be paid locally.

In consideration of, and in part payment of, the right to participate in the trip, you will fully assume all risk of the above hazards and thereby release and discharge us and our agents from all actions, claims or demands resulting form your willing participation in the trip.  You are aware that this is a release of liability and a contract between you\ and us and that you sign it of your own free will.  This agreement shall serve as a release for you , your heirs, administrators, executors and for all members of your family including any minors accompanying you.

On advancement of deposit to Casa Abril (part of the Global Bridges LLC Group) you therefore agree to be bound by the above recited terms and conditions.

FULL AGREEMENT: The terms and conditions specified in this agreement override any prior agreements or understandings (both oral and written) concerning the subject matter, and may not be altered or amended except in writing.
